The City of Tavares presents it Christmas Celebration - Light Up The Night - on Saturday, December 7 with the parade starting at 5:00 PM down Main Street. Festivities will follow the parade with live entertainment from bands Nik & Reema, The Mistletones, the Tavares High School & Middle School Bands and the Tavares High School Chamber Chorus. Activities also include a live DJ, "Ice" Skating, Aerial Silk Artists, a S'more's Pit, Face Painting, Food Vendors, the Big Red Bus and more. The City will welcome in Santa by seaplane to amazing fireworks!
