Most programs are offered one day per week for six consecutive weeks to allow parents and their children time to practice in-between sessions.

Summer Camp

Camp Ascend is a summer day camp, consisting of three separate sessions designed to inspire your child's inner creativity! Each session will last three weeks during the summer and will be open to campers ages 5-10 who have completed kindergarten.

Adult Programs

The Tavares Recreation Department offers a variety of adult programs. We offer an adult kickball league in the fall. We also do many sports tournaments such as, kickball, 3v3 basketball, cornhole, and whiffle ball. Keep an eye on our adult programs because we will continue to add different leagues and tournaments.
