WACKY WORLD PROGRAMS
Our Wacky World Programs are for kids between the ages of 6-12 years old. These programs introduce kids to 6 different topics/sports over a 6 week period. Registration fee is $50 per 6 week program. Sessions take place at various locations throughout the City of Tavares.
2023 Wacky World of NATURE » Oct 5 - Nov 9, 2023. Tavares Recreation and the UF/IFAS Lake County Extension Office (aka the Ag Center) will work together to bring you this Wacky World session. Hosted at the Ag Center in Tavares, participants will learn all about nature, gardening and hang out at the beautiful Discovery Gardens. Sessions will take place Thursday afternoons, 4pm-5pm. 2023 Wacky World of RECREATION » Oct 17-Dec 5, 2023. During this Wacky World session, kids will participate in a variety of fun games and activities that promote physical fitness and wellness. Sessions will take place Tuesday nights, 6pm-7:30pm. REGISTRATION OPEN
