Classic Raceboat Association
This exciting event kicks off with a fun-spirited Classic Car Cruise-In on Thursday night (April 3rd) at 5:00 p.m. in Wooton Park; enjoy the sounds of the 50's & 60's, grab a bite to eat, and stroll down memory lane—waterside!
Boats from all over the country will arrive Friday afternoon to be on display at a Meet the Drivers event to be held Friday evening, April 4th, from 5-8 p.m. at Wooton Park and is free to the public.
Several types of Classic Race Boats will perform exhibition flybys in a race-like setting on a 1 ½ mile oval course. On the water activities will commence at 10 a.m. Saturday and Sunday and will run continuously until noon. At 1:30 p.m. the exhibitions will resume and continue until 5 p.m. During the event, hydroplanes will run demonstration laps on the course at speeds of over 100 mph. There will also be a land display of Classic Boats in the park during this event.
